About the Role
Easy Touch IT Ltd. is looking for an energetic, experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership and client management skills with experience in Software/IT Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote Easy Touch IT's Software and IT Solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Monitor sales team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Train and support sales executives to improve their performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Software/IT Sales will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office applications.
